How we generally make the selection

1. Interview via Skype (or telephone)

In case of possible interest from one of the companies of the group, a first interview will be arranged by telephone or Skype. This first interview is typically done by the HR manager. We ask you to enter a telephone number in the contact form.

2. First meeting in person

After telephone or Skype contacts, at least one meeting is required to get to know each other in person. If this happens in the company, in addition to the HR manager, a department manager is usually present. Sometimes, usually for administrative or strictly technical roles, an external consultant may be present.

3. Technical evaluation test

This is followed by a technical evaluation test, which is needed by the company to understand the candidate’s real skills, and by the candidate to understand if the position offered is really in line with his expectations.

4. Offer

When all the previous steps have been successful and both the company and the candidate are convinced, an offer can be presented.
